What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is paying attention in the present moment without judgment. Mindfulness can help you cope and manage panic attacks, addiction, trauma and stress.

Why Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally,

By developing our abilities of non-judging, patience, beginner mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance, letting go, gratitude and generosity, we can become truly mindful. Consciously cultivating these attitudes in an integrated way can improve your everyday life in a variety of ways.
