MBSR Course
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course
The MBSR course on offer is a group based course that teaches mindfulness through various different practices: The Body Scan, Mindful Movement, Sitting Practice, Mindful Communication Mindful Walking, Mountain Meditation and Loving Kindness practices. This course has a specific focus on stress reduction and during the 8-week course, participants will be guided to recognizing stress in their bodies and their reactions to stress followed by practices on how to manage and reduce this stress on an ongoing basis.
The Course
Course Structure
The course runs for 2.5 hours per week for 8 weeks, including a day of mindfulness on a Saturday or Sunday. Each course group will consist of max 12 participants. Participants are encouraged to practice daily throughout the course and will receive a course manual and guided meditations to assist with this.
Every participant will receive a pre-course consultation phone-call, where we can chat and I can answer any questions or concerns before before committing to the 8-week MBSR Course.
The cost is €320 for the full MBSR 8 week programme, inclusive of all course material. During the initial consultation, I can provide a breakdown of what this cost goes towards. Concession rates are available, please get in touch.
